BIBLE VERSE: Psalm 31:1 In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness.

Psalm 31:1 is a powerful declaration of complete confidence in God. David was surrounded by difficulties, yet he chose not to put his trust in his circumstances, people, or human strength. He placed his trust in the Lord.
When we put our trust in God, we are acknowledging that He is our refuge, our defender, and our deliverer. There may be moments when we do not understand what God is doing, but faith says, “Lord, I still trust You.”
David prayed, “Let me never be ashamed.” This is a prayer that God will not allow the enemy to have the final word over our lives. When our confidence is in God, He is able to turn situations that appear hopeless into testimonies.
He also says, “Deliver me in thy righteousness.” Our deliverance is not based merely on our own strength or ability; it rests upon the righteousness, mercy, and faithfulness of God.

I will trust the Lord. I will not be ashamed. God will deliver me, defend me, and turn my battles into testimonies!

Father, in every situation, I put my trust in You. Let me never be put to shame. Arise and deliver me from every trouble, every opposition, and every hidden battle. Let Your righteousness speak for me, and turn every difficult situation into a testimony. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
